Crocus Homes Welcomes First Buyers to Site in Acle

Crocus Homes were excited to host their first site visit at Oaks Meadow development in Acle, which is expected to complete during Summer 2021.

The buyers are purchasing their first home together after first contacting Crocus Homes in 2019, when they were added to the waiting list for the new homes.

The couple were allocated to the plot following their early enquiry and were pleased to reserve it for a £500 reservation fee. Understandably, they were keen to visit the site as soon as possible when their build commenced. Sarah Foulger (Development Manager for Crocus Homes) contacted the couple to invite them to visit on the day the foundations for their plot were being dug out.

Rebecca Tovell said-

“We originally expressed an interest in purchasing on Oaks Meadow in September 2019, so we were really excited to visit the site and see the early stages of construction as this will be our first home together. We are so pleased to be buying one of these homes having seen the thought and care that is going into their construction. The quality and finish offered by Crocus Homes is clearly at a level above what would be expected from some alternative new builds . We also had the opportunity to see samples of the kitchen units and work top we will have, so now we can start planning our interior decor and bring the Pinterest boards to life! ”
