Launch of Crocus Homes Community Grants for 2020/2021- APPLICATIONS NOW CLOSED

As part of Crocus Homes company ethos, our aim is to leave a lasting legacy within the communities where we work and to make a meaningful difference.

UPDATE 1st March 2021- Applications are now unfortunately closed. We will announce shortly the local ventures and organisations we will be supporting.

With our next focus being on Coltishall in Norfolk where our Bure Gardens new homes development is, Crocus Homes are looking for groups or teams that are run by volunteers or who rely on funding and sponsorship to cover their initiatives, costs and improvements.

Crocus Homes would be keen to consider supporting all age ranges and members of the community from pre-schools, toddler groups, schools, youth sports groups/teams, social groups, nature/conservation groups, or any initiatives that support or enhance the lives of elderly members of the community.

Applications will need to meet the following criteria:

  • A detailed explanation is required of the type of organisation applying, what the grant would be needed for and how it would benefit the local community in the longer term.
  • The amount which is being applied for, with quotes or a breakdown of the planned spending. There is a general maximum of £2000 allocated for each application. Applications exceeding this amount will be considered but may require additional information or meetings.
  • Application to be made on headed company paper or from a company email address.
  • Organisation to have a proven connection to the village of Coltishall.
